Chicken Bone Broth
I have rebloged another one of “No Milk Today” recipes. I think she has awesome ideas and her recipes are amazing.
This is certainly a basic need if you are trying to have an organic or have any food intolerances like me.
This can be a base for soups or many casseroles. It is so much more healthy they the processed kind.

Ingredients
- bones, wings and necks from 2-3 organic or free range chickens,
- unrefined sea salt or Himalayan salt
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (or juice of half a lemon)
- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 3 stalks of celery
